10 Street Home sells rustic home decor products online. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

We work hard to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before processing it — you can choose to keep the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Product colors and wood grain may vary slightly from photos since each piece is unique.

Orders and Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping
Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
