Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your 10 Street Home decor. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return
Email us at 10streethome@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in that case, we'll make it right at our expense.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable.
